Invitation of Providers to Shortlist (Pre-Qualify) for Works, Services or Supplies for Two (2) Years (2020-2021)

The Welthungerhilfe Liberia has received funds from the GOVERNMENT OF GERMANY through KfW toward the cost of the Health Systems Strengthening Project (HSS) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward costs of Works, Services or Supplies to be procured under the HSS Project in South East Liberia.1. The prequalified firms under this invitation will be invited from time to time to bid for works, services or supplies under the project.

Welthungerhilfe Liberia now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed Short-Listing submissions for works, services or supplies under the HSS project.

Qualified companies with requisite qualification and capacity to perform such works are encouraged to apply. Experience working in the South East is an added advantage.

Short Listing submissions will be evaluated in accordance with Welthungerhilfe Liberia procurement rules and KfW procurement guidelines. Short listing is open to all eligible bidders.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders- designated representatives who choose to attend at the address as detailed in the bid documents at 10:00Am, November 30, 2020 in Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County.
