Tender Details

The subject of this tender is the steel construction work. These include the manufacture, delivery and assembly of the newly built stairs as a steel structure (T1 and T2) to access the exhibition galleries (timber construction), a small side staircase under the south lean-to roof (T3) and four steel balconies that are attached to the on-site wooden galleries and are part of the exhibition area. In addition, steel railings are used for the aforementioned components as well as for parts of the wooden galleries Expanded metal filling is part of the scope of services. Due to the construction in a listed context and within the existing church, the work on the construction site is carried out by a restorer, the responsible monument office and an environmental protection officer accompanied. The services must be carried out taking these boundary conditions into account. This does not result in any additional services unless they are expressly described in the list of services. The construction sequence is in close coordination with to plan and carry out the parallel carpentry work on the wooden galleries (which largely runs in parallel) as well as with the construction management of the building construction. The scaffolding and work platforms required to carry out the steel construction work are not provided on site and must be provided and taken into account by the contractor as part of the construction site setup.
