The GfA operates a waste-fired thermal power plant at the Geiselbullach site to generate electricity and heat. As part of the increase in district heating extraction, the installation of a new steam turbine is planned. The subject of the tender lot 1 steam turbine set is: delivery, assembly, commissioning, Trial operation and documentation of a steam turbine system consisting of the main components: - two-part turbo set consisting of: back-pressure turbine (approx. 6 MWel, live steam 40.5 bara / 405 C/ 53 t/h); and condensation turbine (approx. 5.5 MWel, live steam 4.0 bar / 148 C / 48 t/h, gearbox, Quick-action coupling, generator 10.5 kV, - leakage steam condenser, - lubricating and control oil unit including tanks (double-walled or single-walled with collecting pan and leakage monitoring), pumps, fittings, oil vapor separator; cooler units; - All fittings (shutting off, regulating, security, measuring, dirt retention, non-return, drainage and ventilation), connecting pipes on the turbine package, overflow line between the counter-pressure and condensation turbine with outlet into the GfA steam network and to the LuKo, - thermal insulation, - EMSR systems: control and regulation, complete Instrumentation, control cabinets for electrical and control technology, internal cabling between units and control cabinets
