In accordance with applicable provisions of Texas Government Code Chapters 2155, 2156, the Railroad Commission of Texas extends this solicitation to qualified entities to submit a Response detailing the entity-s qualifications to provide Statewide Well Plugging and Related Services as further described herein and in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications contained within the Solicitation and Contract Documents.The RRC seeks Statewide Well Plugging and Related Services to be performed within RRC Oil and Gas Division Districts throughout the state of Texas (seeRFQ ATTACHMENT1: Appendix A) and include, but may not be limited to, plugging or replugging of abandoned oil and gas, or saltwater disposal wells and the providing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals, and servicesnecessary for the RRC, as directed.All work under the Contract shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local statutes, laws, ordinances, regulations, and rules, including RRCStatewide Rules, the specifications within this Statement of Services, and any Work Order issued under the Contract, and all terms and conditions of the Contract.
