As part of start-up workshops, those wishing to start a business should be able to engage more intensively with their own start-up idea and, with the help of knowledge transfer, learn the essential skills for business management and work on the business plan. It Two forms of start-up workshops are planned for this purpose: the “basic start-up workshop” and the “small start-up workshop”. The basic start-up workshop includes a four-day intensive qualification (one day's work = 8 hours) on the topics: Basics of corporate management, self-organization, entrepreneurial thinking, founder personality, business model analysis and development, financing, commercial basics & start-up formalities, market & marketability, law & law, basic business administration course & tax law basics. The intensive work on your own start-up idea in combination with knowledge transfer offers those wishing to start a business a good overview of their own potential, knowledge gaps or weaknesses of the start-up project. At the end of the workshop, each founder presents his/her start-up idea, including the open points, to the entire group of participants, the consultants and the start-up service team. The consultant then documents together with the Start-up service the development opportunities of those wishing to start a business. The small start-up workshop is aimed at those who cannot take part in a four-day seminar due to a lack of time (work, family responsibilities). as well as those wanting to start a business who, due to previous knowledge and special experience, do not need the complete knowledge transfer of the basic start-up workshops, but rather have a specific need for qualification.
