Stage technology - renovation of the Rendsburg City Theater Specialist planning technical equipment stage technology, § 55 HOAI The Rendsburg City Theater was built in 1901 as a city hall for a variety of cultural uses. Since the theater hall was renovated in the 1950s For years the building has been used primarily for theater and concert events. Renovations were carried out in particular in 1984/85 (theater hall, foyer, technical renovations) and from 1998 to 2000 (renewal of stage technology and installation a backdrop elevator). The building has been a listed building since 1981. The renewal of the BMA was carried out in 2024. The extinguishing water renovation has already been partially implemented and will be completed in 2027 with the renewal of the extinguishing water tank. The Fire protection concept was created by Studio PFP after the study was completed and is attached to the tender documents. Further individual measures resulting from the fire protection concept are separate from the renovation of the hall that is to be managed here handled independently by the city of Rendsburg.
