Staffing and operation Reception and implementation of in-house postal service With the move into the new administration building, GASCADE is taking on full operator responsibility at the location for the first time and therefore requires a professionally structured, consistent one functional reception area (5 days a week/12 hours a day) and the staffing and operation of a post office (for the processing of all postal and parcel services, coordination services for the delivery of goods and transport services to the relevant areas storage rooms). The reception is the central contact point for employees, visitors, suppliers and service providers and ensures regulated access, initial information and the interface to security-relevant processes. The service provider takes over the operational operations of the reception, including visitor registration, access control, telephone and service issues as well as the introduction of basic security measures. The aim is to be reliable, safe and service-oriented Reception operation that permanently supports GASCADE's operational requirements at the new location.
