Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, under penalty of rejection, a bid bond issued by a first-class banking establishment or an insurance company, approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, in the amount of one million two hundred thousand (1, 200, 000) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of the offers, i.e. ninety (90) days .
