The Bavarian State Estates operate an experimental and educational center for cattle farming at the Grub location and provide the Bavarian State Institute for Agriculture with the research infrastructure for current and future research activities in the area available for cattle farming. The Bavarian State Estates (BaySG) are planning to build a new three-house dairy barn on the Grub state estate. It is to be designed as a demonstration and research stable and jointly with the state institute for agriculture (LfL). The implementation planning should now be carried out on the basis of the existing building permit. The subject of this award procedure is the necessary planning services for the technical building equipment, electrical and EDP.
