Nutritional value per 100 g of powder/100 kcal: Energy value kcal 462/100; Protein (16% energy) g 18.5/4, Casein g 18.5/4; Fat (35% energy) g 18.2/3.9 - Saturated g 8.3/1.8, Linoleic acid g 2.9/0.62, Ą-linolenic acid g 0.5/0.11; Carbohydrates (49% energy) g 56.4/12.2 - Sugars 8.7/1.9, Polysaccharides 46.3/10; Osmolarity mOsm/l 320. It has a rich mineral composition - high content of potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, copper, selenium, iodine and chromium. Does not contain lactose, gluten, cholesterol, dietary fiber and GMOs.
