The Burggymnasium has one 1-field sports hall, which was built about 50 years ago. Due to its age -related structural and technical condition, comprehensive renovation is required. The sports hall is located on a listed property and is surrounded by listed buildings. At The facade design is required to collect close cooperation with the monument protection authority in order to take into account the monument preservation requirements.
The aim of the project is the complete core renovation of the hall to the functionality, security and energy efficiency with inclusion of monument conservation To improve aspects.
The sports hall includes the hall with 1 sports field, 2 changing rooms, 2 sanitary areas, a changing room for the Teaching and a warehouse or equipment room. As part of the first performance phases, it must be checked whether the floor plan of the adjoining rooms may redesigned can be realized to realize 2 teacher wall cubes if possible.
