Specialized support of a financial advisor in the context of an operation of enhancement and sale "in bulk" of some Rai real estate assets (hereinafter also "Operation"). The procedure will be carried out in two phases (prequalific and presentation of the offer) through the platform of Eprocurement of Rai, accessible, upon registration, at the following address: https://piattaformaAcquisti.rai.it/portaleappalti/it/homepage.wp. On this platform it is possible to consult the tender regulations relating to the prequalific phase, containing the discipline of the methods of submitting the application for participation and further documentation relating to this phase. The technical specifications, the letter of invitation and the further tender documentation necessary for the purpose of submitting the offer will be accessible to the candidates admitted to the phase of presentation of the offer.
In the invitation letter relating to the second phase, the sub-crumpians and sub-platters will be specified as well as the discretionary or quantitative nature of each of them and the method of attributing the coefficients for calculating the score of the technical offer and the economic offer.
