The Municipal Real Estate Service Potsdam is planning to renovate the GU location “An der Pirschheide 13”. The two container systems located there were built from used modules in 2015 (three-story south) and 2022 (two-story north). These show is now showing severe signs of wear and tear and structural deficits and is to be replaced by three new systems. Due to the unbroken need for accommodation, the implementation should take place in several structural sections. The first thing to do here is the empty train and dismantling of the three-story building is planned, then the construction of two accommodation buildings in its place (south). This will then be followed by the move from the two-story building and the dismantling and replacement of this building (north). The buildings are used as container buildings for planned for an indefinite period of use, are two-story with open stairs on the gable and consist of 56 containers each. Bed rooms are arranged on both sides of a central corridor, the kitchen and sanitary wing are in 4 containers on each floor summarized.
