The Evangelisches Klinikum Gelsenkirchen GmbH (EVK) intends to build a new psychiatric clinic on the corner of Munckelstrasse and Overwegstrasse in the immediate vicinity north of the EVK main building in Gelsenkirchen. LPH already has property planning services for this purpose 1 and 2 and selective specialist planning services have been provided to submit a funding application. The grant notice has now been issued. The subject of this award is the commissioning of the necessary technical planning services Equipment (ELT including elevator) for service phases 1 to 9 for system groups 4 (power systems), 5 (telecommunications and information technology systems), 6 (conveyor systems). The service phases 1 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI are accessed gradually: at level 1 the service phases 1 to 4, at level 2 the service phase 5, at level 3 the service phases 6-8 and at level 4 the service phase 9. When the contract is awarded, level 1 (service phases 1 to 4) is accessed. There is no requirement to call up further stages Legal claim. According to current plans, the construction costs amount to - KG 440 according to DIN 276 to EUR 2, 851, 651.25 (net), - KG 450 according to DIN 276 to EUR 1, 723, 782.25 (net), - KG 460 according to DIN 276 to EUR 369, 465.00 (net).
