The city of Schwelm intends to renovate the premises of an open all-day care facility and to build a new extension at the Landchenweg community primary school in 58332 Schwelm, Landchenweg 8. The subject of this tender process is the specialist planning service of structural planning LPH 1 to 6 (basic determination, preliminary planning, draft planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation of the award) in accordance with Section 49 HOAI for the construction project described below.
