The city of Schwelm intends to expand the Engelbertstrasse elementary school in Schwelm with an extension. The subject of this tender procedure are the specialist planning services for structural planning of LPH 1 to 6 (basic determination, preliminary planning, draft planning, approval planning, Implementation planning, preparation of the award) in accordance with Section 49 HOAI 2021 for the construction project described below. The client will carry out a step-by-step commissioning, with stage 1 initially being commissioned with service phases 1 to 4. I.
