Specialist planning services for commissioning management and technical monitoring Universitätsstr. 32 + 34, 70569 Stuttgart, University, Telekom area, renovation 1st construction phase. Commissioning management and technical monitoring for the overall renovation two buildings for subsequent university use. The buildings are to be prepared for office and seminar operations. For this purpose, the technical equipment including the building automation will be completely renewed. The technical equipment includes District heating and cooling connections, waste heat utilization from the institute servers, PV systems, ventilation systems with a volume flow of around 46, 000 m³/h. The two buildings to be renovated are part of a technically connected area consisting of four buildings and one Underground parking. The other two buildings will not be renovated, but will be integrated into the newly built transfer stations for heating and cooling. The measure is planned holistically. The second renovation phase (Universitätsstrasse 32) may, however, begin at a time later than the first renovation phase (Universitätsstrasse 34). The intention is to commission services for commissioning management and technical monitoring: performance levels 1 to 5, as well as other services provided by the Performance levels 1 to 3 and 4 to 5.
