Specialist planning ELT The Medical Center for Health Bad Lippspringe GmbH (MZG Westfalen) is planning the energetic renovation and further structural measures of the Martinusquelle facility with a thermal swimming pool and sports hall. Essential parts of the project energy-related renovations are already being planned as part of funded measures (ERDF). Further construction work is now to follow. This applies to conversions in various components (e.g. conversion of therapy areas, offices, renovation of roof areas) and the redesign of the main entrance. The Martinusquelle facility will be fully operational throughout the renovation phase and all patients will continue to be on site. The renovation is being carried out in sections.
