Specialist planning of buildings and interiors The Medical Center for Health Bad Lippspringe GmbH (MZG Westfalen) is planning the energetic renovation and further structural measures of the Martinusquelle facility with a thermal swimming pool and sports hall. Essentials Parts of the energy renovation project are already being planned as part of funded measures (ERDF). Further construction work is now to follow. This concerns conversions in various components (e.g. conversion of therapy areas, offices, Renovation of roof areas) and the redesign of the main entrance. The Martinusquelle facility will be fully operational throughout the renovation phase and all patients will continue to be on site. The renovation is being carried out in sections. The Parts of the building that are affected by the renovation are removed as part of the project implementation and can then be renovated in one go. The subject of the services requested here are architectural planning services (buildings and interiors, Basic services of the HOAI, service phases 4-8, §33 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10). Parts of the measures are already in different planning phases. Therefore, not all service phases are part of the requested services. The following performance phases are the subject of the contract to be awarded: - Renovation/new construction of the main entrance: work phases 4 to 8, - Other renovation areas: work phase 8.
