ROGESA and the Aktiengesellschaft der Dillinger Huettenwerke intend to make iron and steel production at the Dillingen site as climate-neutral as possible by 2045. In the city of the client, subject to the receipt of public funding, the constructionand the operation of an Electric Light Furnace (EAF) and a Direct Reduction Plant (DRI) for the production of sponge iron. In the planned commissioning in 2027, green hydrogen will also be used in part. This project with its time restrictions was subject togt time-critical dependencies on the client's land use planning. Land use planning is essential for the success of the project. Against this background, the city of Dillingen intends to draw up a qualified development plan in accordance with Section 30, Paragraph 1 of the Building Code. The services required for thisn should be assigned.
