Tenders are invited for Special Marker Buoy Inspection Services.
2. Ghana Gas now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Service Providers to provide Special Marker Buoy Inspection Services. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), (as amended) and in accordance with the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tenderers may obtain further information from or inspect the Tender Documents at the Procurement Department of Ghana Gas No. 10 Drake Avenue, Airport Residential Area, Accra from 8.30 a.m. - 3.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) Thursday, 4th January, 2018.
4. A complete set of Tender Documents may be obtained by interested Tenderers on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC1, 000.00) from Thursday, 4th January, 2018. The method of payment shall be either by cash or by Banker`s draft and addressed to Ghana National Gas Company (Ghana Gas). Tenders shall be valid for One Hundred and Eighty (180) days after the deadline of Tender submission.
5. Tenders must be delivered to the Conference Room (Ground Floor) by 10 a.m. on Thursday, 1st February, 2018. Tenders documents will be opened in the presence of Tenderers who chose to attend at the offices of Ghana Gas, No. 10 Drake Avenue, Airport Residential Area, Accra at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday, 1st February, 2018. Late Tenders shall be rejected and returned unopened to the Tenderer.
