4. Submission of Eoi & Prequalification Documents
Prospective Bidders are to Submit Eoi/Prequalification Documents for each of the Lot Desired in Two (2) Hard Copies each of the Technical Bids Packed in Sealed Envelopes and Clearly Marked as “Technical Bid” or “Eoi” and Addressed to the Secretary, Tenders Board, Division of Agricultural Colleges, Ahmadu Bello University. Furthermore, the Reverse of each Sealed Envelope should Bear the Name and Address of the Bidder and Dropped in the Designated Tender in the Address above not Later than on or before 12:00 Noon Monday 15th April, 2024.
5. Opening of Eoi & Prequalification Documents
The Eoi & Technical Bids will be Opened Immediately after the Deadline for Submission at 12:00 Noon Monday 15th April, 2024 at the Board Room of the Division of Agricultural Colleges, Ahmadu Bello University in the Presence of Bidders or Their Representatives. Please, Ensure that You Sign the Bid Submission Register at the Office of the Secretary, Tenders Board, Division of Agricultural Colleges, Ahmadu Bello University, as the Division will not be Held Liable for Misplaced or Wrongly Submitted Bids.
