Tenders are invited for South West Indian Ocean Fisheries Governance and Shared Growth Project 1

Restriction: Interested consultants should provide information that demonstrates that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. The selection criteria for the short list include: (i) the firm's experience in similar work related to development of National Marine Spatial Plans; and (ii) experience in the region. Interested consultants are referred to point 1.9 of the World Bank's Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants (IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants) by World Bank Borrowers of January 2011 and revised in July 2014 ("Consultant Guidelines") Establishing the Bank's policy on conflict of interest. Consultants may partner with other companies in the form of a joint venture or subcontracting to improve their qualifications. The consultant will be selected according to the QCBS method (quality and cost based selection) specified in the World Bank Guidelines for Selection and Contracting of Consultants.
