Sourcing Sony Burano camera As part of the “Replacement EB technology Hamburg 2025/2026” project, Norddeutsche Rundfunk (NDR) is planning to modernize and renew the existing camera technology in the area of electronic reporting (EB) at the location Hamburg-Lokstedt. As part of the “Replacement EB technology Hamburg 2025/2026” project, Norddeutsche Rundfunk (NDR) is planning to modernize and renew the existing camera technology in the area of electronic reporting (EB) at the location Hamburg-Lokstedt. The subject of the tender is the procurement and integration of modern prosumer camera technology from the Sony FS and FX series to replace existing EB camera systems. The new technology is intended to meet the current requirements for a contemporary, flexible and efficient media production and take into account the existing production processes as well as the existing system and infrastructure structures of the NDR. The aim of the project is the sustainable further development of mobile Production options through a technically future-proof camera platform that ensures high image quality, reliable usability in daily production operations and seamless integration into NDR's existing workflows. The Implementation takes place taking into account the NDR's specific requirements for operation, compatibility, operating concepts and long-term safety of use of the production technology used.
