Tenders are invited for Solar Panel 135 KVA Capacity with Complete Kit.
1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online dated on April 04th, 2014 and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.
2. The Republic of Angola has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Fishery Sector Support. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of: Solar Panel 135 KVA capacity with complete kit

1 Freezing Chamber
Computers, Photocopying machines, 100 lamps of 100wt, etc…
3. The Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible Potential Suppliers for supply the above equipment, to be installed in artisanal fishing centers built in the first phase of the Project namely: Cabo Ledo and Buraco (Luanda): in new four (4) Centers at Yembe (Bengo), and Egito Praia (Benguela). International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank's Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and the bidding documents at the office of Fishery Sector Support Project Office located at Bairro Talatona, Rua do Mat – Complexo Administrativo, Edifício nº 5 – 1º Andar, paspescas@hotmail.com and copy to akalunga@hotmail.com
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained, free of charges, by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address or email above.
6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods.
7. Bids must be delivered to the above Office by 11.45 am Luanda time on March 26th, 2019 and must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 40, 000 (or equivalent in a freely convertible currency).
8. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after the deadline for bid submission prescribed above.
9. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 12.00 p.m. Luanda time on March 26th, 2019 at the above office address:
