Tenders are invited for Solar Energy Equipment at the Grand Mboulaye Integrated Health Center and the Boulembe Integrated Health Center in the District of Mandjou, Lom Department and Djerem, Eastern Region

The services to be performed, detailed in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) attached to the Call for Tenders Dossier, are as follows:
- Preparatory study
- Civil engineering works and the construction of a technical room;
- Supply Installation of Equipment including Installation and connection of related equipment: batteries, inverters and regulators;
- the connection and commissioning of the structure.

The Tender File (DAO) can be obtained as soon as this notice is published, at the Town Hall of MANDJOU, located in the BINDIA district near the BOCOM 2 Station, on presentation of a payment receipt to the Municipal Revenue of the Municipality of MANDJOU, against a non-refundable sum of Forty thousand (40, 000) FCFA, representing the purchase costs of the Tender File. This receipt must identify the company wishing to participate in the call for tenders.

The offers must be accompanied by a provisional guarantee with a validity period of ninety days (90) days representing 2% of the estimated cost, i.e.: three hundred thousand (300, 000) FCFA per lot, established according to the model indicated in the Call for Tenders, by a first-rate banking institution, approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and listed in exhibit 12 of the DAO. The provisional security will be automatically released beyond the thirtieth (30th) day after the expiry of the validity of the bids for the unsuccessful bidders.
