The aim of the tender is the development of a generative "artificial intelligence" (KI) tools, which transcribes audio files into text files, filters out of these text files for an expert opinion and transfers it into a given expert opinion with evaluation. This draft is then released by the expert after checking/correction. The AI tool should learn and improve from the feedback from the expert. The AI tool is exclusively for the MD RLP through a German data center in a private cloud exclusively for the MD RLP hosted.
Phase 1a and Phase 1b: The subject of this tender is the creation and implementation of a Proof of Concept (POC) of a AI supported expert opinion in the Individual case assessment care for the MD RLP initially with regard to the mobility assessment. (Phase 1 a) Optionally, the MD RLP can instruct the contractor's services to expand the POC to all modules for creating an expert opinion. (Phase 1b) Phase 2: Phase 2 sets the successful Implementation of the acceptance criteria of section 2.1.1. Phase 1a and B ahead. The AG is then entitled to commission phase 2 (optional).
