Enni is looking for a bidder for a CRM software solution that optimally supports the sales requirements in the areas of service, sales and marketing. The system must be flexible, future -proof and tailored to the needs of the energy industry. The software is supposed to be a highBe scalable, cloud-based CRM system with a manufacturer's data model. Important requirements include a user-friendly web and app interface, integration of office applications, a data protection-compliant cloud solution and the possibility of individual expansion. In marketingthe focus is on campaign management, monitoring and customer selection, especially for expiring customer contracts. The CRM must recognize these contracts early and enable automated campaigns for customer loyalty or new customer acquisition. In the service area, the CRM should avoid media breaksAnd integrate all relevant systems such as inventory management, billing and ticketing in order to enable customer consultants to work efficiently. Ten licenses are to be made available for the CRM system. The remaining 40 licenses required should only be one laterTime to be used. The payment of these further licenses is due for in-action.
