The subject of the services advertised here is the planning and support of the implementation of the renewal/renovation of the sheet pile wall at the bathing area at the Suedsee in the municipality of Soerup. The services to be awarded include basic services according to HOAI as well as special services for renewal/renovation the sheet pile wall at the bathing area at the Suedsee.

The entire project is located in the formally defined "Extended Town Center" redevelopment area on the southern edge of the town. The sheet pile wall is approx. 61 m long. The development plan No. 26 of the municipality of Soerup, approved in 2017, defines the areas of the "Badestelle am Suedsee" as a public green area and water area with bathing area. The Suedsee with its swimming area serves as a meeting point for guests in summer of all age groups. The green area is also used as a playground and for outdoor events. The green area including playground and swimming area should be qualified. In this context, the shoreline of the Suedsee will also be redesigned or upgraded. There is one for this Renewal/renovation of the sheet pile walls required. A first public participation, which was carried out in September 2024, surveyed the needs and wishes of the users of the bathing area (Appendix 6).
