SOC&SIEM The client has existing XDR and SIEM systems, which in the future will be monitored, operated and further developed in collaboration with the client by a managed SOC. The aim is to further develop the existing ones Security monitoring and the handling of security-relevant events through a continuous, traceable and technically qualified SOC service. The subject of the tender is the provision of a managed SOC based on the described technical and organizational framework conditions. The service includes in particular security monitoring, analysis, triage, escalation, investigation and treatment of security-related incidents, threat hunting and detection engineering. In addition to Managed SOC, an on-call order for consulting and engineering services is agreed.
