Social Cohesion II - on Steinhauser Straße - multifunctional hall A multifunctional hall with an outdoor area is to be built in the core of the urban development development area “on Steinhauser Straße”. The area on which the building project is to be built is approx. 1700 m² in size. There is currently a gymnasium from the 1970s on the project site; funding was applied for in 2026 to demolish it; approval for this is expected at the end of 2026. The demolition can take place in 2027, then The new construction of the multifunctional hall is to begin with the design of the immediate surroundings. Initially, only service phases 1-3 will be commissioned (implementation by June 2027); after the funding has been approved, service phases 4-9 (implementation in.) will be carried out in the second phase 2028).
