The contractor's scope of services includes - delivery of snow chains, - unloading of snow chains at the delivery location, - provision of technical documents, - return of unused and originally packaged snow chains, - technical support as well an information service with regard to innovations or changes. The snow chains must comply with the provisions of the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). In the course of fulfilling the service, the contractor provides the complete information in the event of an order Compliance with the laws, regulations, standards and rules in force at the time. The fit of the snow chains and sufficient clearance in the wheel arches must be ensured. Damage to the vehicle may occur through the use of the Snow chains do not arise. In individual cases, any subsequent work will be borne by the contractor. The snow chains must always be able to be installed without compromising the design and safety features. A threat to the Vehicle occupants and other road users must be excluded. Snow chains must be delivered by the contractor primarily to the client's locations in Germany. These are the client's locations and current addresses listed on the homepage www.bwührpark.de. In exceptional cases, snow chains must also be delivered to other nationwide locations, such as: B. body manufacturers or material locks for the Bundeswehr. The snow chains must be installed by the contractor on must be unloaded at the delivery location. There are no unloading aids available at the delivery locations. BwFPS is not liable for costs arising from waiting times for unloading.
