Final construction and construction cleaning SMD_BTC: Final and final construction cleaning KMG Kliniken Thüringen-Brandenburg GmbH is building the new replacement building “Component C” for the clinic there at the Sömmerda location. The subject of the tender is the implementation of the Final construction/construction cleaning as well as construction/initial cleaning before commissioning and handover to the user. The new replacement building includes a basement, ground floor, three upper floors for hospital and administrative use and a technical floor. The The total floor area to be cleaned is approx. 3, 494 m². There are also glass surfaces, facade glazing, doors, wall tiles, staircases, technical areas, roof surfaces and outdoor facilities.
