Description: The CoCT requires technical assistance with planning, design and specification of key priorities on its envisaged smart grid landscape. The technical assistance provider should provide support in terms of:
· A review of the current smart grid landscape description and input in terms of international best practice.
· Development of a smart grid implementation road map based on the envisaged smart grid landscape.
· Development of a detailed ADMS implementation and integration plan.
· Development of a design and specification for a smart grid planning tool.
