The object of the procurement is the small electrical contracting works related to the properties of the Oulu rental house group Sivaka under the conditions specified in this request for tender and its appendices. The contract is concluded with each customer. The contract establishes a framework arrangement for which four (4) operators are selected. The contract period is planned to start on April 1, 2026. The start schedule is an estimate and the contract is signed by both contracting parties. The agreement is valid for two (2) years, after which it can be extended with two one-year option periods (1+1 year). Geographically, the agreement covers properties located in the areas of Oulu, Haukiputaa and Oulunsalo. The area of Yli-Ii and Ylikiiming does not included in this purchase.
