Raahe's catering services produce around 5, 000 lunch portions on weekdays for the needs of early childhood education, basic education and secondary education service units. The operation covers three regional production kitchens, two preparation kitchens and several service kitchens in different parts of the city. Roots and vegetables are a central part of daily food preparation. Catering services emphasize food safety, freshness and uniformity of raw materials, packaging and delivery solutions and smooth and reliable cooperation with suppliers. Deliveries to destinations at least three times a week. The procurement services of the city of Raahe are requesting offers for potatoes and vegetables and roots for the period 1 August 2026 - 31 July 2028 (+ option 2 years).Questions related to the RFP must be sent by 12:00 on April 30, 2026.
