The City Climate Finance Gap Fund is Supporting Three Cities Namely Bo City; Kenema; And Makeni. The Aim is to Support the Preparation and Operationalization of City-Level Climate Action Plans. This will be Achieved Through: (I) - Undertaking City-Wide Climate Smart Readiness Assessments and Enabling Environments (on Infrastructure; Administration; Finance; Land Use Planning; Land Management; Solid Waste; And Urban Economies).(Ii) - Preparing and Disseminating Climate Action Plans (Caps) for Bo City; Kenema; And Makeni; Incorporating Financing and Implementation Plans and Prioritization of Adaptation and Mitigation Infrastructure Investments.(Iii) - Facilitating Consultative Process in Prioritization of Bankable Investments as Identified in the Climate Action Plans; In Accordance with City Priorities.
