Road, green space and property management through a modern software solution. This is intended to standardize and optimize processes and enable GIS-supported management. This should ensure usability, data quality, efficiency and flexibility improved and employees relieved. The introduction will take place as part of a multi-client rental model with a planned start on January 1st, 2027. The project introduction will begin in 2026 and will initially focus on prioritized sub-areas, in particular the green space and property management and the recording and handing over of fees for the water and soil association (water levy). To secure the introduction, a test environment must be set up that is used for system validation, Data migration and training is used. The aim is also to enable employees to independently administer and operate the system landscape. What is required is a user-friendly, powerful and intuitive system with high Performance.
