SIS - Schweriner IT- und Servicegesellschaft mbH - Introduction of a specialist platform for object-related operational tasks Introduction of a specialist platform for property-related operational tasks The aim is to replace the existing specialist procedure (Archikart). Road, green space and property management through a modern software solution. This is intended to standardize and optimize processes and enable GIS-supported management. This should ensure usability, data quality, efficiency and flexibility improved and employees relieved. The introduction will take place as part of a multi-client rental model with a planned start on January 1st, 2027. The project introduction will begin in 2026 and will initially focus on prioritized sub-areas, in particular the green space and property management and the recording and handing over of fees for the water and soil association (water levy). To secure the introduction, a test environment must be set up that is used for system validation, Data migration and training is used.
