The process is carried out as a single-phase, restricted structural and open space planning implementation competition. The aim is for a maximum number of 20 participants. The implementation of the competition is subject to the RPW 2013 in its current version, introduced in Rhineland-Palatinate by the decree of the Ministry of Finance of May 22, 2013 and by the administrative regulation of June 1, 2014. The application and recognition of the RPW 2013 is for the organizer and participants as well as everyone else Binding for those involved, unless this announcement expressly deviates from this. The promoter, participants and everyone involved in the process acknowledge the content of the competition. The Competition and Procurement Committee is involved in the preparation of this competition advised the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Architects. The award was registered there under number 3/03/26. Following the competition process, there will be a VgV negotiation process without a participation competition, initially with the first prize winner carried out.
