We are looking for a powerful, modular structure Software system for digital material analysis and optimization. The solution must enable the creation of digital twins of real microstructures based on high-resolution 3D image data (e.g. x-ray tomography, FIB SEM) and analyze their properties through physics-based simulations. By combining different simulation, image processing and AI-based segmentation functions, the system must be able to virtually examine electrochemical, mechanical, thermal and transport-related properties of complex materials such as solid-body battery electrodes. Goal is The reduction of experimental test series through simulation -based design optimization.
The scope of services includes the delivery of 2 pieces of permanent floating, on-premises, single-site licenses (2 users can use the licenses at the same time and the software is on your own IT infrastructure of the Fraunhofer IKTS installed and operated in Forchheim, not in the cloud) for the advertised software modules including an extensive briefing in the software environment and its modules and all processes for the production of operational readiness and take-off.
