The subject of the tender is shell construction work in the course of roof renovation and structural adjustments in the chemical storage area of ​​the chemistry laboratory building (built 1969-1972), University of Konstanz. The building is part of a listed building Ensembles and will be used for ongoing research and teaching operations throughout the construction period.
