##Renovation of the Otfried-Müller-Haus -Junge Theater- Hospitalstraße 6 / 37073 Göttingen ##General preliminary remarks ##Construction of an extension in solid construction, masonry work and steel construction work in the existing building. ##The construction project involves the renovation of the in Parts of the listed Otfried Müller House and the hall building, which is also partly listed. The newer, unprotected extension will be demolished and replaced with a new extension. The building has been empty since summer 2019 and is no longer in use Operational and in need of significant renovation. The Villa Otfried-Müller-Haus component was built using a mixture of masonry construction (basement and ground floor) and half-timbered construction (upper and attic floors) and has a roof construction The majority have wooden beams from the time of construction. The ceilings above the basement are brick vaulted ceilings and, in small areas, wooden beam ceilings.
