Shell and earthworks services including exposed concrete for infrastructure buildings Shell construction work This LV includes the shell construction work for the construction of an infrastructure building for a swimming pool. The new building will essentially be made of timber frame construction Single-storey and with no basement built on a load-bearing floor slab. The inserted, two-story sanitary core and some partition walls, bases and platforms are constructed using solid exposed concrete quality. In advance of the shell construction described here / Earthworks, the existing building at the new construction site was demolished on site. The lowest part of the basement was left in the ground and the demolition contractor filled it with gravel down to -1.45 m.
