Project: The new clinic building project "Ammerland Health Quarter" includes a building complex divided into several buildings along Langen Strasse, with a total length of approx. 256m and a depth of approx. 64m with up to 6 full floors. A basement is not planned. The ensemble is modular based on an 8m basic grid of units approx. 32m wide and 48m deep with an upstream zone for nursing rooms, arcades, filter areas of approx. 8m deep on the east side (Lange Strasse) and an upstream main road on the west side, which also has the connections to the existing building secures, with access areas, stair and elevator cores, connecting structures and special areas.
