The plan is to build a new two-story daycare center (1st BA), demolish the existing daycare center (2nd BA) and a two-story family center (3rd BA) in three construction phases. The three-story town hall is located in the western part of the property Another part of the property is still built on with a single-story daycare center. It is planned that this will be dismantled as soon as the new daycare center can go into operation. The new daycare and family center buildings as well as the existing town hall will have one square south of Buchbergstrasse. The daycare center has 4 group rooms for children U3 I Ü3 on the ground floor; these, together with the associated side rooms, face east towards the daycare open spaces.
