SG Zeven - KuBiZ Zeven - fire and burglar alarm system The subject of this tender is the delivery and installation of a fire and burglar alarm system. The completion date for the building is the date specified in the construction schedule. beginning of Work: June 14, 2027 Completion: April 21, 2028 The former Klostergang elementary school is being converted into a cultural and educational center (KuBiZ) with a library, adult education center, archive, auditorium and central foyer. A new common main entrance leads into the centrally located foyer that connects both buildings. Thanks to large glazing, this area opens onto the square and forms a bright, communicative center of the ensemble. The Dutch wing becomes a two-story library repurposed. The existing structure will largely be retained, the roof structure will be renewed and the facade will be insulated and provided with a new clinker brick ETICS facade. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a direct connection to the outside space. Along The facades create reading and lounge areas that allow a view of the surrounding area.
