Setting up and operating a dynamic procurement system to procure dedicated point-to-point connections (leased lines) for Dataport
There is continuous demand in the national networks of Dataport's sponsoring countries due to new installations, relocations and closures of locations for dedicated point-to-point leased lines (active bandwidths, connections). For this purpose, the client intends to use a dynamic procurement system (DBS) in accordance with Section 120 Paragraph 1 GWB in conjunction with. V. m. §§ 22 24 VgV to be introduced.
Interested, suitable applicants can take part in this DBS throughout its entire term be included. Within the DBS, contracts are awarded according to the rules of the restricted procedure (Section 22 Para. 2 VgV). The plan is currently to award the establishment and operation of around 370 point-to-point leased lines.
The project-specific requirements and minimum criteria of the connections as well as the contractual conditions result from the tender documents, which are made available to the approved applicants at the time of the invitation to submit an offer.
