Quotation are invited for Servicing and Maintenance of Equipment and Electrical Generators in the Unfpa Drc Offices in Kinshasa

Their description is as follows:
A) The medium voltage cabin (once a year)
o Isolation de la cabin par la FAST
o Cabin cleaning and dusting,
o Checking and tightening of all contacts,
o Verification of the oil levels of the transformer, the MV circuit
breaker and possible filling of these,
o Closing and reclosing test of MV circuit breakers, on-load switches
and MV disconnectors,
o Checking the ohmic value of MV and LV earths
o Adjustment of the pair of relays by SNEL,
o Adjustment of MV disconnectors and MV load switches,
o Recommissioning of the cabin by SNEL.
The amount of the SNEL service, i.e. the costs

B) Low voltage distribution
o Checking the condition of the cables on arrival at each distribution
board,
o Monthly control of the tightenings in the distribution boards,
o Regular check of all light points, sockets and all connections and
replacement of damaged ones
o Sampling of the voltage at the arrival and departure of each cable,
o Control of the operation of all the LV circuit breakers in the
distribution boards and in the TGBT,
o Regular monitoring of the proper functioning of all electrical
installations
C) To the generating set
o Checking generator voltage, amperage, frequency during operation.
o Regular engine oil level check and refill.
o Regular check of the water level in the radiator and filling.
o Sampling of the operating time of the generating set to provide for
engine oil change.
o Replacement of the oil filter.
o Replacement of the air filter.
o Replacement of starter and alternator carbons.
o Checking the batteries and filling with distilled water.
o Cleaning, dusting of the generator and the room as a whole.
