Tenders are invited for Servicing and Maintenance of the Air Conditioning Facilities of the National Computer Development Center (Cenadi)

This call for tenders is as follows:
Part 1: upkeep and maintenance of air conditioning installations in the CENADI machine room and the backup site.
The Co-contractor's mission includes regular maintenance visits during which the various operations are carried out:
- As a preventive measure, he must carry out visits to the air conditioning equipment on the installation sites according to the manufacturer's recommendations;
- As a curative measure, the Co-contractor must come the next day at the latest after being called to diagnose the equipment with faults and restore it to good working order. Defective parts must be replaced and any breakdowns observed must be repaired entirely at the expense of the Co-contractor within a reasonable time, up to a maximum of one million five hundred thousand (1, 500, 000) CFA francs.
These include:
- cleaning the air filters;
- general cleaning of the devices after dismantling the protective panels;
- checking and adjusting the tension of the fan drive belts;
- verification of rotating parts;
- checking oil levels and refrigerant charge;

- cleaning the evaporator and the condensate collection tray;

- control of the intensity absorbed;
- measurement and control of the operating pressures of the devices;
- general lubrication of parts;
- testing and adjustment of safety and regulation devices;
- the repainting of the elements after scraping the rusty parts.
Part 2: upkeep and maintenance of air conditioning installations of split system air conditioners in offices at CENADI.
All interventions give rise to the establishment of a form following the model provided and signed by the service provider's employees and CENADI. It recalls in particular the identity of the speaker, the references and the location of the device(s), the tasks performed and the results of the test after operation.

The tender dossier can be obtained during working hours from the Services of the Project Owner Building A of the MINFI, Department of Financial Resources, Sub-Department of Budget and Equipment, Contracts Department, Door 335, at the latest on at 1 p.m., local time, upon publication of this notice, against presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100, 000) FCFA to the Public Treasury.
The file of said receipt will be submitted when the Tender File is withdrawn from the MINFI procurement department.

Each bidder must attach to its administrative documents a refundable bid bond produced by a first-rate financial institution, approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list appears in this DAO (Exhibit 12), of a amount of one million nine hundred and seventy-nine thousand five hundred and fifty francs (1, 979, 550 CFA francs) .
It will enter into force as of the deadline for submission and will remain valid for ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders.
The bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be released or returned to them no later than thirty (30) days after the publication of the results of the Invitation to Tender by the Project Owner, at their request.
